Languedoc - a good place to be

We are located in Aude, close to Carcassonne, between Toulouse and "La Mediterranée". Most of our properties are located around the medieval city of Carcassonne, however, we have properties in six departments in this part of France.

Why choose Languedoc? Because of the vine, the food, the beautiful landscape, the culture, the Canal du Midi, the people, the weather, the activities, the location. The Aude province, part of the Languedoc region, is known for its history and its historical places (especially the Cathar castles and fortified villages), its vineyards and excellent wines and its thinly populated and unspoilt nature.

Who are we? We are a Norwegian couple living in France. "La famille" consists of Nils, Kirsti and the blue merle collie called "Gentille". You can find us in Mazerolles, we live in an old house in a village surrounded by vinyards, sunflowers and corn fields. We have fulfilled a dream right here in Languedoc.
